Delay of delivery - the tents are on their way
Dear customers,
We apologize so much that we have been bad at updating you. - But now the tents are at the entrance, tentatively estimated delivery date is now next Monday 6/7. Ready for collection on Tuesday 7/7, you who have chosen to receive home delivery will receive an email as soon as the tents have left our warehouse.
The delay is largely due to the fact that the shipping companies have to prioritize transporting healthcare products, which feels completely natural to us, but frustrating of course - No matter how you twist and turn, it is understandable. As you probably understand, this is beyond our influence.
It is good if you book an appointment for collection of your order. You can send a booking request for this here.
