DELIVERY METHODS & SHIPPING
Your order is sent from us to customers within Sweden such as Posten Varubrev (e-mail), DHL Sevice Point or FedEx / TNT. Please note that Posten's packages must be picked up from the service point within 14 days. Shipping is charged according to Posten's price lists valid at the time of ordering. You can see what the shipping will be for one or more items by adding it or them to the shopping cart.
INVENTORY & DELIVERY TIME
Our store consists of an assortment of goods that we have in stock for immediate delivery.

At outdoordays.se, open purchase is valid for 14 days from the time you receive the item. In order for an open purchase to apply to an item, the item must be unused and undamaged with packaging and labels undamaged. You as a consumer can therefore open and look at the product but not use it.
When exercising the right of withdrawal (14 days), the product is returned in the same way as it was delivered. The return is paid by the buyer. In the event of a right of withdrawal, the product must be whole and clean.
Always contact us before returning! It is important that you enclose a copy of your receipt / delivery note to prove the date of purchase and so that we know who the return is for. Once we have received the return, we will make a refund to you.
When you cancel a purchase and return the item, we will refund the full amount of the item, if it is undamaged and unused in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item, return it to the return address above together with a receipt / invoice copy and an instruction on what you wish to exchange the item for.
In cases where packages are not picked up at the collection point, we charge the customer SEK 200 per uncollected package.
If you do not want the goods you ordered, instead make sure that you pick up the goods and return them to us within 30 days (read the procedure for returns above).
